In 1974 Mr. Anselmo Aguayo Espejo founded our firm of lawyers. Since the beginning our firm has specialized in industrial and intellectual property.  With a life time of more than thirty years, our firm has consolidated itself, as one of the Chilean firm more serious and traditional in the area of the industrial and intellectual property.

Nowadays, we provide services in various sectors, mainly in Intellectual and Industrial Property but also in Competition Law, Consumer’s Rights, Corporate Law and Foreign Investment and as well as, civil and criminal litigation, amongst other legal matters.

Our firm is formed by a group of lawyers and engineers, full time and also externals. The level of preparation of its members allows us giving to our clients a juridical assistance highly professional and always based in deontological principles of the profession. 

All cases are analyzed by a team under the directions of one of the partners.
